We are not liable for chemical stains, permanent stains that cannot be removed, or damage to fragile items due to normal wear and tear. This includes plastic or chrome-made clips on light covers, cooker exhaust filter covers and hooks, light bulbs, furniture, fittings, or fixtures, as well as antiques or decorative items that are not securely fixed or attached and may become loose, resulting in damage. Prior to the cleaning session, it's essential for the owner to provide our cleaners with any special instructions or guidance regarding such items.
